The International Francophone Organization (OIF) and the Africa International Sports Convention (CISA) signed on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, a Memorandum of Understanding for the organization of the 9th edition of CISA, scheduled from March 12 to 14, 2015 in Kigali, Rwanda.
