A tragic situation arose in San Antonio del Tequendama, Cundinamarca, where one man, apparently in an act of intolerance, ended the lives of three people, who would be members of the same family. The Cundinamarca Police, Inspectorate Santandercito, is already conducting the relevant investigations in the case to try to determine exactly what happened.
The events took place in the Rambla Baja village, inside the Santa Inés estate, where the bodies of the three people were found who, according to the first investigations, had been assaulted with a sharp weapon. Among the victims are an elderly man and woman and a 17-year-old teenager.
“On the arrival of the uniformed men at the scene, they find the bodies of three people, who were allegedly assaulted with a sharp weapon. Among them are two elderly people (a man and a woman) and a 17-year-old teenager. In the face of these events, which are the subject of investigation, preliminary inquiries suggest that it would appear to be an act of intolerance,” said Colonel Raúl Vera Moreno of the Cundinamarca Police.

The Cundinamarca Police are already handling some hypotheses of the events that occurred in San Antonio del Tequendama, since apparently the triple homicide was competed in an act of intolerance. “Faced with these events, which are the subject of investigation, preliminary inquiries suggest that it would seem to be an act of intolerance,” said Vera Moreno.
According to information from the authorities, thanks to the prompt reaction of the uniformed personnel, search in patrols and information by the public, it was possible to identify the alleged aggressor who committed the triple homicide. The person in question is already deprived of liberty and under the supervision of the authorities.

The person who was captured and who would have committed the crime was found with “trace evidence and sharp evidence that will be prosecuted by the crime team to clarify the fact.” In addition, he will be “prosecuted for the alleged crime of homicide and in conjunction with the Attorney General's Office,” said the Colonel of the Cundinamarca Police, who also stressed that, “we will provide the material elements of evidence and physical evidence collected by our criminal investigators.”
The Cundinamarca Police regretted the events in which the two older adults and the minor lost their lives due to the assault of the alleged perpetrator who was already captured. The authorities sent a message of solidarity and pledged to clarify this crime. “To the relatives of the deceased our condolences and all the institutional commitment to clarify this regrettable fact.”
