In August 2021, Greeicy, together with Alejandro Sanz, delivered to its audience a song that received the name 'Lejos conmigo', released with its respective music video; it goes without saying that, to this day, this audiovisual piece has reached 26 million views on YouTube.
In addition to the success of the song and the video clip, there is another important detail regarding this last song: Mike Bahía is the one who develops as the main model of the video.
Now, this musical collaboration has not been the only contact that Caleño singers have had with Alejandro Sanz.
It is worth remembering that, on October 16, 2021, the performer of 'La routina' reported on his social networks that he would give an engagement ring to Greeicy Rendón, which resulted in a marriage proposal: “I'm going to share this with you because you have witnessed this moment, this story (...) I'm going to get on to the concert by Alejandro Sanz, who is singing right now, and I'm going to tell him that if he wants to be my wife,” he said in a video.
In view of his collaborative song with Greeicy, in a musical show by the Spanish artist the song was sung. Subsequently, Sanz asked the caleña to stay on stage and watch a video—made by Mike Bahía as part of the whole scene he staged about his proposal—right away: the singers' engagement led to a marriage commitment, as the performer of 'Destino' accepted the ring.
In December of that same year, the couple of Colombian singers also confirmed their pregnancy and in April 2022 their firstborn Kai was born. Everyone has had something to say about the birth of Mike Bahia and Greeicy's first baby: fans, media, friends of the couple and, in view of their closeness, Alejandro Sanz also offered some words about it from his social networks.
This is how in his Instagram story, the Spanish singer reposted the photograph with which Mike Bahia had reported the birth of his son and, in turn, wrote about it:
Immediately, the singer from Caleño showed his reaction to the words of his colleague and friend. “Thank you partner! What a nice message! You'll know him,” he replied in his InstaStories.
April 21 was the date selected for the performer of 'Amiga Mía' to develop his musical presentation at the Movistar Arena (Bogotá). Later, he will also play his music in Cali (Saturday, April 23) and Barranquilla (Friday, April 29).
Needless to say, on his Instagram profile he wrote about his show in the Colombian capital: “How much did you need Bogotá”, in addition to publishing two images of the presentation.
