9-year-old boy is the terror of Huacho: He has stolen a thousand suns and registers seven complaints against him

From Huacho they publicly denounced a singular thief who keeps the whole city on the edge. The friend of the alien is barely 9 years old, but too much experience in his field, since, at his young age, he registers seven complaints against him for theft.

The case of the small assailant was revealed in an open signal by the driver of Exitosa Noticias, from Huaura province, David Flores, who also reported that the minor has already been arrested three times by the Peruvian National Police (PNP).

According to the journalist in question, the boy was captured infraganti while trying to break into a house located in the second stage of the San Bartolomé sector, in the district of Santa Maria. On one occasion he even took a wallet with a thousand suns inside it.

Following his criminal record, the news outlet claimed that he accessed a video showing the minor sneaking into a car. According to Flores, the evildoer intended to steal valuables that were inside the mobile unit.

“That creature in that video shows the ability it has to get into a vehicle. He was the third time arrested by the PNP and he has seven complaints. He entered a house and took a wallet with a thousand suns”, said the driver.

The minor's strategy would be as follows: The infant walks while kicking a ball. In an oversight, he enters any property without authorization. If the owner of the property notices his presence and claims him for having slipped away, the boy justifies himself by saying that his ball had fallen into his home and that he was only trying to recover it. “But he already has the portfolio and things of value,” David Flores explained.

The act of the little thief does not mean problems for his parents, who do not take his actions seriously because, being a minor, he cannot be tried as a criminal. This is why the journalist disseminated the situation of the child, since he believes that these actions could be prolonged and become a way of life.

“There is something serious here. If taken to a police unit, the child is surrendered to an adult, a proxy, his or her father or mother. But it seems that they take it to match. The complaints are given and I think that, if we let this situation pass, it will get worse,” he explained.

Finally, he said that in Huaura there are no institutions that safeguard and protect the rights of minors. “I imagine that the child does not even know what to do, someone is sending him [to steal] but that is what is moving the province with this information of a minor doing his own in different places,” he emphasized.

THEY ASK THE PUBLIC MINISTRY FOR HELP

PNP Colonel Matías Bustamante Ramos reported that the boy was referred to the Public Beneficence of Huacho and called on the Public Prosecutor's Office to take action on the matter, since the minor is in a state of abandonment.

“It is worrying because he is 9 years old and at his young age he already has several violations of criminal law. A call has been made to his parents and on other occasions he was handed over to his mother, but he has committed crimes again,” Bustamante told Panamericana Tv.
