HISTORIA DEL KAM LU WANTAN
It is known that it is a recipe that came from Chinese culí immigrants in the mid-1800s, in a context of slavery and discrimination. The dish is a derivative of Cantonese cuisine, but it is complemented by ingredients from the Peruvian side.
As you know, wantan is a very thin dough filled with meat — although, if it is fried, sometimes it does not contain a filling — very common in soups or supplements when we eat chifa food.
