
Mario Alberto Oliva Ruiz, former director of Health Services Administration of Morelos (SSM), was arrested for his probable responsibility for the crime of embezzlement.
Members of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM) and the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) completed the arrest warrant granted by a district judge in the state of Morelos, the FGR said in a statement.
Oliva Ruiz allegedly diverted federal resources from the Morelos health sector for 700 million pesos, corresponding to the period between 2006 and 2012.
The arrest took place in a home located in the Las Delicias neighborhood, in Cuernavaca, Morelos.

He was later transferred to the State Center for Social Reintegration “Morelos”, in Atlacholoaya, in Xochitepec, Morelos, where he became a prisoner and available to the court.
