If you are looking for a plan for this weekend and you are a rock fan, this event is for you: the Bogotá Planetarium, in support of Radioacktiva, will pay tribute to the iconic British band, Queen, with the new production 'In the Space Capsule, a Queen Show'.
As reported by the Instituto Distrital de las Artes (Idartes), the event will not only feature a full-dome 4K digital projection specially created for this show, but will also be accompanied by live music, which will be conducted by the band Llena tu Cabeza de Rock.
The show, which will last approximately 45 minutes, will bring attendees to Queen's greatest hits, as well as some of the most emblematic songs on the soundtrack that the British group composed for the 1980 film Flash Gordon.
Those interested in attending the new production of the Bogotá Planetarium will be able to do so this Saturday, April 2, and next Friday, April 8 and Saturday, April 9. The first show will be at 6:30 in the afternoon, while the second will be at 8:30 in the evening.

The screening in tribute to Queen will not be the only one that the Bogotá Planetarium will hold in April. According to the cultural and scientific center, during this month they will offer another five laser projections that will include songs by emblematic bands such as Metallica or Coldplay.

The laser show of the French duo returns to the Planetarium stages with a sound and visual presentation of the main hits of the representatives of the dance and electronic genre.

Coldplay

Metallica
The laser show of the iconic American band will be responsible for closing the month. On Friday 15th and 29th April at 6:00pm and 7:30pm, some of the group's successes will delight attendees.
