Why Laura G became a trend on Twitter

The name of the regiomontana Laura G attracted great attention among users of social networks, although since previous days users joined to comment on the work that the host of Venga La Alegría has played in her coverage of the reality show Exatlon All Stars, it was until this Thursday that the song appeared in the list of Twitter trends.

As part of her work as a host, Laura G is tasked with her colleagues and audience to discuss with her colleagues and audience all the details of what happens during the famous reality show Exatlon All Stars, however, some of the participants, their families and fans have asked the regiomontana on different occasions to take care of the way in which it is expressed about them, since as a public figure, his words have had a certain impact on the image of the high-performance athletes competing in the TV Azteca program.

Users on social networks have demanded that the host focus on the performance of the athletes in the reality show, regardless of their physical aspects or personal relationships that they maintain. Regarding the recent controversy, Laura G has not commented on it, however, on other occasions she has mentioned that she merely does her job.

The scandal and attention have returned to the life of the presenter because this is not the first time that a similar situation has occurred since last year's broadcasts of Exatlon Mexico Laura G has faced comments that demerit and strongly criticize her work as a host in Come La Alegría.

“It is clear that this program is seen by everyone and they are left with things that maybe they don't know what caused it or how the situation happened, but well beyond all that, you have to understand things and learn to know people before talking or criticizing them,” said Said Rodríguez, brother of the sprinter and competitor Zudikey in an interview for Venga La Alegría in 2021.

On that occasion Laura G defended herself against the alleged accusations and asserted that the show program team has no greater participation in the reality show other than that of being television viewers like the entire audience, so she pointed out that the only thing that was broadcast in her comments was what happened in the television and that everyone watched.

“We haven't invented anything, neither Pato nor Zudi, what we see on television is what is happening,” Laura G replied in that interview with Said Rodríguez, the competitor's brother.

The first month of 2022 ended with the premiere of Exathlon All Star s, a new installment of the well-known sports reality series that brought together some of the most outstanding athletes from previous seasons. On this occasion, it was decided to train the blue and red teams with experienced participants to discover who is the best among the best. Among the ranks, the Cázares brothers, Zudikey Rodriguez, Pato Araujo, Evelyn Guijarro and Mati Álvarez stand out.

Since the date of its premiere, Sunday after Sunday, different high-performance athletes competing in the reality show have been eliminated, being precisely Zudikey Rodriguez who left the competition last week after losing his Elimination Match against Heliud Pulido, his teammate. In this way, the red team was left with only five participants in their ranks.

Last Wednesday, the Survival series was held at Exatlon All Stars, however, what stood out about this broadcast was that for the first time in the history of the reality show, some athletes broke the rules. It was the host Antonio Rosique who announced the names of the athletes who were out of the camp for approximately five hours, which were: Mati Álvarez, Nataly Gutiérrez and Heliud Pulido, who will face sanctions that will be announced during the broadcast of the program this Thursday.
