
The three workers who were injured after the explosion caused by a gas leak in a laboratory of the Faculty of Higher Studies Zaragoza were intubated, in a statement the Casa de Estudios reported that the victims are stable in the intensive area of the ISSSTE hospital to which they were transferred.
“We look forward to their speedy recovery and will provide full support to them and their families,” he said in a statement.
The victims are 36-year-old Rafael “N”, 47-year-old Enrique “N” and Carlos “N”, who were intubated and the Faculty informed that they will be given appropriate cabinet studies.”
On the night of the incident, UNAM announced that they will suspend face-to-face classes for the time being in order to carry out the corresponding expert reports and ensure the integrity of the FES Zaragoza community.
