The Attorney General's Office of the State of Sonora (FGJE) insured 19 people after several searches in different municipalities of the entity.
The actions were carried out in conjunction with the National Anti-Kidnapping Coordination (CONASE), while Expert Services Personnel processed the evidence collected with elements of the Ministerial Agency for Criminal Investigation (AMIC) and perimeter surveillance of the National Guard, the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA) ) and the Secretariat of the Navy (SEMAR).
The searches were conducted in the Sochiloa, Libertad, Villas del Trigo, Santa Fe, Benito Juárez, Cortinas, Luis Echeverria, Casa Blanca, Del Valle, Posada del Sol and Misión del Prado colonies in the municipality of Cajeme.
According to the FGJE Sonora communiqué, 13 coordinated search actions were carried out between the Prosecutor's Office and CONASE to combat drug abuse and other crimes.

In addition to the detainees, some 712 doses of narcotics and 7 firearms were also secured together with 229 useful 7.62x39 cartridges.
Of the insured doses, 674 are doses of methamphetamine, or crystal, and 38 are marijuana doses. Similarly, 5,447 pesos were found in cash; of the 7 weapons, 6 were long (AR-15) and one short (9 mm), according to the evidence presented by the FGJE and the information shared in the statement.
They were also found in the various homes searched: tactical vests, chargers and communication radios, along with cell phones, handmade metal spikes for punching tires, digital scales and various documentation.
Of the 19 persons arrested, 3 are female and 3 are minors. According to the information of the FGJE, they are already linked to trial by a judge and in preventive detention due to the evidence presented, in the respective hearings by FGJE Sonora staff.
Similarly, the Prosecutor's Office stressed that from January 25 to March 15 of this year, the proceedings were carried out in thirteen homes in 11 colonies of the city with members of FGJE Sonora and CONASE.

The Attorney General's Office (FGR), for its part, also reported on the apprehension in Chihuahua of Leonardo Luján Saucedo, alias Chamona.
Chamona was identified as one of those allegedly involved in the massacre of the LeBarón family in November 2019.
Adrián LeBarón released the information through his official accounts. “Yesterday I learned that the FGR captured Leonardo Luján, alias' Chamona ', for the crime of organized crime and probably related to the events of November 4, 2019, where my daughter, grandchildren and other members of my family were massacred,” she posted on Friday, March 18, on Twitter.
Through the Office of the Prosecutor Specialized in Organized Crime (FEMDO), the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic reported that Chamona was arrested by elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), the AIC and FGR experts with the support of SEDENA elements, during a search warrant granted for a home located in Ascension, Chihuahua
As a result of the investigative work, coordinated by the agent of the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF), an arrest warrant was obtained against Leonardo “L”, for his probable responsibility in the crime of organized crime for the purpose of committing crimes against health.
He was transferred to the Federal Center for Social Readaptation #1 “Altiplano”, in Almoloya de Juárez, State of Mexico, for appropriate procedures.
