The Norwegian skier Henrik Kristoffersen won the small glass globe of the general slalom, while the Frenchwoman Tessa Worley won it in the giant's discipline, this Sunday at the Alpine Station of Meribel (France).
Kristoffersen won his third glass globe in the most technical discipline of alpine skiing (after those of 2016 and 2020) after finishing second in the Meribel slalom, 37 hundredths behind his compatriot Atle Lie McGrath.
Overall, the Norwegian beats Austrian Manuel Feller, third in Meribel.
The Olympic champion of the specialty, the Frenchman Clément Noël, did not finish the race by skipping a door in the second descent.
In the women's giant, the overall victory went to Worley, despite finishing fourth in the race held this Sunday at Meribel and won by Italy's Federica Brignone.
After the fiasco at the Beijing Games, marked by a double start from the track, the double world champion in the specialty (2013 and 2017) finished the season in spout to win her second giant crystal globe (the first was in 2017).
The giant's Olympic champion, Sweden's Sara Hector, who came to this last round with five points ahead in the general standings, lost the chance to win the title by finishing in a disappointing 14th place.
The American star, who won the World Cup general on Thursday in Courchevel, finished leading in the first set, but sank in the second to finish 7th, 67 hundredths behind the Italian.
His compatriot Marta Bassino and Slovak Petra Vlhova completed the podium at Meribel.
