Junta de Vecinos surprised a few days ago after introducing Camila Mac Lennan as the new Chela in the series. This is after the Argentinian actress left the series due to some outstanding commitments. Producer Miguel Zuloaga himself gave him an emotional farewell through his social network.
As you remember, Barbara Torres and Cynthia Klitbo came to our country as the tailings of the Peruvian series, which also features renowned Peruvian figures. The remembered Excelsa of La Familia P.Luche was able to win the hearts of Peruvians thanks to her character in the América TV production, which is why after the unexpected change, the reaction on social networks was not long in coming.
“Thank you Barbara Torres for agreeing to be part of our series. It has been an honor and a learning experience to work together. I hope to meet again soon. I love you very much,” wrote general producer Miguel Zuloaga.
“Chela will now be played by Camila Mac Lennan, a great and super actress. I am sure it will reach the hearts of those who watch the series,” added the director, whose post was shared by Argentina. “Thank you Junta de Vecinos,” wrote Barbara, who returned to Mexico to join a project that had already been agreed upon.
USERS REACT ON SOCIAL NETWORKS
“I miss the first Chela”, “America must give an explanation to the viewers of the series out of respect”, “Why they put another. Let the real Chela return”, “Where is my Chela because she watched the series”, “What happened to chela, if she saw it was only for them. Chela, Pachuco and Kevin were the only ones who laughed,” some users wrote on social networks.
Without a doubt, Camila Mac Lennan has a great challenge, to win the love of the public without forgetting the essence that Barbara gave to Chela.
