AUSTIN, Texas, USA (AP) - Uruguayan striker Diego Fagundez tied the score for Austin on Sunday's 1-1 against the Seattle Sounders.
Fagúndez made the match in the 70th minute by Austin.
Will Bruin had put the Sounders ahead at 43.
Austin beat Seattle 19-11 in shots on goal, with eight going to goal against all four of the Sounders.
Austin visits the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday, and that same day Sounders meet the local United of Minnesota.
Moments earlier, Darlington Nagbe scored the draw goal for the Columbus Crew in the 1-1 equalizer against the local Red Bulls in New York.
Nagbe drew the tie five minutes into the compensation time for the Crew house.
Brazilian goalkeeper Carlos Miguel had a good performance in saving three of the Crew's four shots. His Dutch counterpart Eloy Room stopped two shots at the visitors' goal.
Both clubs return to the court next Saturday. The Red Bulls visit the New England Revolution; the Crew hosts Nashville.
