The Attorney General's Office announced this Thursday that one of those involved in the terrorist attack that occurred on January 17, 2019 at the Santander Cadet School was convicted.
The man identified as Ricardo Andrés Carvajal Salgar (Ricardo Andrés Carvajal Salgar) was convicted of an aggravated terrorist crime, an aggravated murder, and a murder crime of an aggravated degree of attempt.
