
Four police officers from Huejúcar, Jalisco, were linked to trial for their alleged responsibility for the forced disappearance of a merchant who traveled from Zacatecas and his relatives did not know his location again.
The Public Prosecutor's Office of Jalisco, through the Special Area on Disappeared Persons, formulated the charge and presented the evidence against the former municipal agents, including the 30-year-old Reynaldo M.
Along with the command, the members of the line identified as Luis Eduardo F., age 26, Felipe V., 43, and Gilberto Q., 30, will remain in informal pre-trial detention for one year. The decision was imposed by a Supervising Judge of the Eleventh Judicial District based in Colotlan.
