Acomer.pe brings a new recipe to prepare delicious and crispy donuts with butter and anise. There are 12 servings with a preparation time of approximately 40 minutes. Also, do not forget that cooking lasts 15 minutes. Get ready and put your cooking skills to the test in order to leave your family in awe in the preparation. INGREDIENTS
- Hot water - 1/2 (cup)
- Anise Grains - 1 (tablespoonful)
- Unprepared flour - 2 1/2 (cups)
- Impalpable sugar - 1/2 (cup)
- Brown sugar - 1/4 (cup)
- Salt - 1/2 (teaspoon)
- Vegetable Butter - 3/4 (cup)
- Egg Yolk - 1 (unit)
- Sesame seeds - (to taste)
PREPARATION
- Half a cup of hot water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
- 2 1/2 cups of unprepared flour that must be added to a plate to sift it.
- Then add the powdered sugar and then the brown sugar with the flour. Add salt and vegetable butter together with infused anise for integration.
- Knead for 5 minutes to cover it in a cloth or plastic bag for 2 hours.
- Then cut 4 equal parts to knead and form buttons. Align 2 sticks of dough to intertwine and give a circular shape.
- Then place in a roasting pan with butter paper and paint the doughnuts in batter with egg yolk to cover it with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180° for 15 minutes and let cool after molding.
