Two motojorros stole from a blind young man while he was driving along a street in the Rincón del Este neighborhood, in the city of Alderetes, in the province of Tucumán. The assault, which was recorded by a neighborhood security camera, occurred last Friday, shortly before 15:20, when the victim was returning home.
The scene is unworthy and generates impotence. According to what is seen in the video, the criminals first circulated around the block, observed the victim as he walked along the sidewalk, passed her by but seconds later they reversed and approached her. Already at that time the motorjets had realized that he was a blind person, since the guide stick was notorious to the naked eye. However, they didn't care.
One of the thieves was waiting on the bike; the other was checking the young man to find what he could. It was not more than 30 seconds that took them to complete the blow while the victim could barely defend himself. The criminal cornered the victim against the wall until he finally took out his special cell phone for blind people and they quickly fled the scene.
In addition to the images, the filming also captured the ambient sound. In the video you can hear the screams during the brief struggle and then the dramatic call for help of the 29-year-old after the motojets escaped.

At the time, no neighbours appeared on the scene to assist him. “Rubbish, garbage. Children of a thousand p... No, no, no, no,” was the only thing that the victim, already frustrated, could say after losing her phone.
He was barely a few meters away from getting to his house. The filming shows how, after being robbed, he approached the door of his house and called a person to open the gate for him. “The blind are exposed to cars and insecurity,” the young man said in dialogue with the newspaper La Gaceta de Tucumán.
“What we are asking for is more police presence,” claimed, in turn, a relative of the young man who was assaulted, who said that for the time being they gave up the report to the provincial police.
Last January, the provincial capital, San Miguel de Tucumán, was the scene of an atrocious motochorro assault on a young man who was about to deliver an order.
About 30 blocks from the fast food shop he works for, the worker was approached by a criminal who, without a word, attacked him with a machete to assault him and cut off four fingers from his left hand. The victim was able to get to the hospital and saved his life. However, the aftermath of the attack will be permanent.
After the event, the owner of the restaurant decided to suspend home deliveries that take place at night to protect the integrity of the remains of his employees. Despite the economic blow that the measure represents, the owner decided to relocate the delivery people to the kitchens of the premises.
