ATR On the Scene for EYOF, FINA World Championships
The biennial European Youth Olympic Festival opened Sunday in Utrecht, Netherlands and runs through Friday.
Approximately 2,300 European athletes from ages 13 to 18 will compete for medals in nine sports.
ATR’s Mark Bisson will be on the scene Friday in Utrecht as events come to a close.

Also this week, the 15th FINA World Aquatics Championships will take place in Barcelona, lasting from July 19 through August 4.
ATR will be on the scene in Barcelona for Friday's opening ceremony as well as the FINA General Assembly on July 26.
World Taekwondo Championships
The 2013 World Taekwondo Championships begin Mondau in Puebla, Mexico and will continue through Sunday.
Almost 900 athletes from 134 countries will compete.
The World Taekwondo Federation faces its next milestone in October, as Bali hosts the World Poomsae Taekwondo Championships.
France Hosts IPC World Champs, TDF
Lyon, France will host the International Paralympic Committee World Athletics Championships from July 19 through July 28. An estimated 1,300 athletes from 90 countries will compete.
Also in France, road cycling’s most prestigious competition rides on this week. The Tour de France began on June 29 and ends in Paris on July 21.
AIBA to Announce Host City
The AIBA Executive Committee will meet this week to choose a host city for the 2015 World Boxing Championships.
Doha, Qatar and Bangkok, Thailand are both bidding to host the event.
