Taking place twelve months later than originally planned, it is not surprising that anticipation surrounds this year’s FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE), which will now be held in Rivanazzano, Italy from 30 August to 4 September. Registrations for what will be the 95th edition of the World Enduro Team Championship are already open as riders from around the globe once again look to take part in this unique challenge of man and machine.
Spending almost a week in the saddle over some of Italy’s best terrain will be a tough test in itself, but thankfully there is a whole host of companies and partners who have put together some comprehensive support packages to make sure the 2021 ISDE experience is the best possible. Many of the leading enduro motorcycle manufacturers, most of which have a long tradition and extensive experience with the ISDE, have launched their Racing Services offerings where you can hire one of their latest models that has been specially prepared and upgraded ready for the event.
Irrespective if you choose to rent a machine or to ride your own motorcycle, the same manufacturers can also provide a complete backup service that will include logistical assistance, technical advice and spare part supply in order to give you the best chance of reaching the finish line come that Saturday afternoon in early September.
The sheer feat of just completing the ISDE should never be underestimated, therefore being able to make the most of the 2021 FIM ISDE services will not only make your journey to the flag easier, but it will also greatly increase your likelihood of making it to the end of the final day and becoming one of the elite group of 6 Days Finishers. A complete list of these services can be found here: fim-isde.com/rider-services/.
Fabio Muner, FIM Marketing & Communication Director confirmed the importance of these Racing Services. "I think any rider that enters the ISDE is fully aware of the scale of the challenge they face, especially if they are taking part in this historic and much revered event for the first time. Having the enduro motorcycle manufacturers close at hand to assist throughout provides a high level of reassurance for the riders. These support staff have great experience at the ISDE and are able to share their expertise to make sure that everyone has a good possibility to reach their goal in what remains one of the toughest and oldest events in the FIM calendar."
