(ATR) Two more Nepali athletes disappeared from the Incheon 2014 Athletes Village Thursday.
Wushu athletes Sombir Tamang and Nirajan Ale Magar were found to be missing during a ceremony for the athletes returning to Nepal.
They have joined Aman Pode, a competitor in Sepaktakraw, as disappearances from the Nepali team.
Nepali chef de mission Chhimi Urgen Gurung suggested team manager Chandra Tamang could be behind the disappearances.
"Chandra Tamang was aware that Sombir disappeared on Tuesday and Nirajan on Wednesday," Gurung told Nepal Republic Media.
"We knew about their disappearance today (Thursday). This has tarnished the image of Nepali players."
There was no immediate response for comment from the Incheon Asian Games Organizing Committee.
Indonesian Chef-de-Mission Departs Incheon
Indonesia will replace their Asian Games chef de mission for the rest of the Games.
Current chef de mission Suwarno will travel to Saudi Arabia for the hajj, a Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. All Muslims are required to participate in once in their lives.
Suwarno left Thursday for Jakarta with deputy chef de mission Ade Lukman taking control.
"Before I left for Incheon, I have already told the ministry of youth and sports that I will leave earlier. And that my task would then be handled by Ade Lukman," Suwarno told Indonesian reporters.
Suwarno added there was "nothing critical" needing managing in Incheon before he left.
