The Brazil Team that participates in the major international multi-sports competitions has a brand now. The Brazilian Olympic Committee (BOC) launched this Wednesday, July 16, the Brasil Team brand, which will be used by the Brazilian teams to Olympic Games, Pan American Games, South American Games and Sports Games of the Portuguese-Speaking Countries, among other events. It will already be possible to see the Brasil Team brand on the uniform of the Brazilian Delegation at the Beijing Olympic Games Opening Ceremony parade, on August 8.
In the future, the Brasil Team brand, which is a unified representation of the Brazilian Delegation and Brazilian fans, will be printed on the uniforms, backpacks, pieces of luggage and all other types of sports equipment used by the Brazilian Delegation. Later, the brand will also be present in the fashion world, on products, sports materials and other fashionable items targeting youth. “The Brasil Team personifies all the fans, of all sports, in the competitions the Brazilian delegation takes part in,” explained Carlos Arthur Nuzman, president of BOC. “From now on, the fans will be able to relate with the Brazilian Delegation in a more humanized and relaxed way,” concluded Nuzman.
