City of Kielce, Poland, hosts AIBA Youth Men’s and Women’s World Championships in November 2020.
Two candidates, Poland and Nicaragua, were intended to host the tournament. AIBA Executive Committee voted with the majority for Poland’s bid.
The tournament is planned to be held on November 2-9 in the Hala Legionow sports complex with capacity 3000 spectators.
"It was good to receive both bids from Poland and Nicaragua; that means a lot for youth boxing development in the world. I want to congratulate Poland with successful bid and wish the Organizing Committee to do a great job preparing such important competitions," claimed AIBA Interim President Dr. Mohamed Moustahsane.
The previous edition of AIBA Youth Men’s and Women’s World Championships was held in Budapest in 2018.
