
(ATR) Corporations including adidas, FOX Sports and McDonald's have the opportunity to take first place in various categories at the BT Sport Industry Awards.
Among the 15 categories are 'Best use of PR Award', 'Community Program of the Year Award' and 'Social Media Campaign of the Year'.
The event is set to take place on April 27 at Battersea Evolution in the London borough of Wandsworth, England.
Nearly 1750 sports industry leaders are expected to attend.

ISCC Goes Global
The International Sports Chamber of Commerce will host multiple business seminars throughout 2017 spanning across four cities.
Locations for the seminars include London, New York, Washington D.C and Lausanne.
Each seminar is designed to cover topics regarding business interaction and engagements, sports governing bodies, international brands and more.
The conference will feature exclusive presentations as well as interactive panel discussions and networking opportunities.
The 'Sports Event and Digital Delivery' seminar hosted by the Lausanne chapter was the first to take place on Jan. 24.
The London chapter will host the next seminar entitled 'Sports Digital - Best Practice' on May 4.

Sport Show Welcomes All to Paris
The multi-sport exhibition Sport Show will take place at the Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris this year.
The event will focus on eight ‘Hubs’ each dedicated to a specific set of sports. Hubs feature gymnastics, bicycling, water sports, martial arts, car racing and more.
Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities as well as learn about various technologies through shows and demonstrations.
Networking sessions with key sport leaders, instructors and coaches will also be available for attendees.

Team Canada Hosts Media Summit for PyeongChang 2018
Media have been invited by the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) to engage with Canada's athletes ahead of the PyeongChang Games.
The two day summit will be hosted along with the Olympic Lab - an initiative helping to prepare Canada's athletes for the Games.
Over 75 athletes are expected to be in attendance.
Team Canada's Chef de Mission Isabelle Charest will also be available for press.
The event will be held June 3-4.
